  1. did a trial run yesterday that went way better than I could have hoped for
    11 rounds + 3 T2B not bad with a goal of 10 rounds in mind
    my best advice is to just keep moving. try to pace yourself and not go out too hard, I was able to keep a steady pace and even pick it up at times in the middle and at the end.
    Good luck to everyone this weekend! I am sorry that I won’t be there again but I will be cheering you on from afar and representing Crossfit Naptown at Crossfit Chicago this weekend! Keep killing it:)

    I got a score of AWESOME doing the Tabata WOD today. (I know I had 64 cal row, but didn’t count the rest)
