Nervous to start a new fitness routine?

We get it. Here’s the easiest way to begin your training with NapTown:

  1. Schedule your Free Consult, where we’ll work together to identify which NapTown program(s) are right for you). From there, we’ll enroll you in Strength & Fitness (formerly CrossFit), SWIFT (bootcamp-style classes), or Yoga Foundations based on your goals.
  2. During Foundations, you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to safely learn common movements and get a feel for what class is like at our facilities.
  3. You’re ready for class! After Foundations, you’ll be able to confidently join in on any of our regular classes for that program.
