Nervous to start a new fitness routine?
We get it. Here’s the easiest way to begin your training with NapTown:
- Schedule your Free Consult, where we’ll work together to identify which NapTown program(s) are right for you). From there, we’ll enroll you in Strength & Fitness (formerly CrossFit), SWIFT (bootcamp-style classes), or Yoga Foundations based on your goals.
- During Foundations, you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to safely learn common movements and get a feel for what class is like at our facilities.
- You’re ready for class! After Foundations, you’ll be able to confidently join in on any of our regular classes for that program.
