Ready to get going?

Here’s how to start your training with NapTown Fitness:

  1. Choose from Strength & Fitness (formerly CrossFit), SWIFT (bootcamp-style classes), or Yoga Foundations.
  2. Meet one-on-one with a coach to identify your wellness goals, learn common movements, and get a feel for what class is like at our facilities.
  3. You’re ready for class! After Foundations, you’ll be able to safely join in on any of our regular classes for that program.
