Ready to get going?
Here’s how to start your training with NapTown Fitness:
- Choose from Strength & Fitness (formerly CrossFit), SWIFT (bootcamp-style classes), or Yoga Foundations.
- Meet one-on-one with a coach to identify your wellness goals, learn common movements, and get a feel for what class is like at our facilities.
- You’re ready for class! After Foundations, you’ll be able to safely join in on any of our regular classes for that program.
