Rest Day or Make-up Day

For those interested and for those unaware, CrossFit Indy North (Noblesville) will be hosting the Great Lakes CrossFit Invitational Powered by Reebok. Click here for the registration link or to read more about the 2-day event. This is a great competition to lead up to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open Sectionals which begins worldwide on February 22nd, 2012. We will go further into detail about the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Open in future posts. As many of you have seen, ESPN has picked up the CrossFit Games and it’s becoming a world-wide phenomenon.     20-20-20-20:
    sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, double-ups
    good until pull-ups… double-ups disaster. Fun though!

  2. Wow…first time doing CrossFit…what an awesome change from my current routine! Nice to be taught instead of being the teacher!:) Can’t wait to see how this feels tomorrow…

  3. Nice job Shan! Jared, Martin and I took on Flight simulator. It is basically a lot of Double Unders (500 of them) and no missing allowed during a certain round. If you miss you start that round over. It was a lot of fun. Then Jared and I went for a max set of double unders. I got 219 without a miss and Jared posted an amazing score of 325
