Open Gym Procedures

  • Athletes must pre register for open gym
  • Arrive within 10 minutes of the class window (ie cannot arrive way ahead of when class is supposed to start) and must leave at or before the designated end time.
  • You may use any square or spot on the rig for your open gym time
    • Please limit yourself to the use of one square and/or one section of the rig rather than mixing around
    • You will be responsible for spraying down and cleaning all of the equipment used during the time frame that you are in the gym
  • While using the squares or the rig, please remain socially distant from any other open gym participants
  • Athletes will leave the gym as they found it, ie equipment in proper spot and cleaned.
