  1. Intro- only used 33#, practiced technique and wanted to limit stressing my right shoulder
    WOD- toughest part were pushups for me
    Rounds (4:24) (4:55) (5:01) (5:37) (5:07)
    Total 37:04
    This was a much needed workout after the holiday weekend. Thank you to a great group and coach for the motivation!

  2. oHS: 195 felt strong and solid with these.
    WoD rounds between 3:10 and 3:50. Situps were the toughest. I would say every 10 situps counted for one cookie this weekend.
    Great job to everyone for pushing through this WOD.
