Active Recovery: Try one of these options!

Option 1:

Try a yoga flow from Practice Indie, you can find quite a few flows on their YouTube page from recent weeks!

Option 2:

Did you miss a class from earlier in the week? Look back at our workouts from earlier in the week and try out one that you missed.

800m Run with object
