This was my makeup day for missing the team WOD on Saturday. My WOD was: 5 Rounds with 5 min. to complete each round 400M run 12 Pull-ups 8 Wall Ball Throws Rd 1 – 3:08 Rd 2 – 3:08 Rd 3 – 3:15 Rd 4 – 3:28 Rd 5 – 3:29 I used the blue band for the pull-ups and a 10lb wall ball.
