Why I am AWESOME! (Self brag)

I have been fortunate to travel to 46/50 states in my life thus far and over 10 different countries. This has made me very well rounded and allowed me to adapt to many situations. I am a proud husband and father that has the most incredible wife, son, daughter, and dog. Shannon, Magnolia, and Langston (and Brindle Banks) are a HUGE reason of what makes me, me. They make me AWESOME.

What I bring to the table!

I am a people person. I love to connect with people for all different reasons. I am always willing to take a few extra minutes to make sure I am connecting with someone and get to know what makes them who they are. I am patient and understanding, In the fitness industry, these are very important characteristics that make a good coach a great coach. Why Fitness and Health?

“There are two things in life that are certain, taxes and death”. I have not yet figured out a way to minimize tax bills, but I have found that fitness and health will push away death. My dad always says that aging is a disease and birthday’s are just a part of growing older. By pursuing fitness and health, I am pursuing the opportunity to prevent aging. I want to get the most out of life. Not only do I want to grow old with my wife, but I want to actively raise my kids, grand kids and great grandkids. On top of all that Fitness and Health allow me to connect with others and make an impact on their lives. Fitness and health are my passion, it is a part of who I am.
