Why I am AWESOME! (Self brag)

After completing my BA in Management and Finance, I took a job to work for Fortune 100 company DuPont and quickly worked my way up the corporate ladder. With a plush job and plenty of cash flow, I decided to give up that security for my dream job that would allow me to impact the lives of others. Managing a gym has led me to so many new open doors and continues to provide new pathways for me to help others. Never do I despise a Monday nor feel like I’m ever going to work; I’m truly living my dream job.

What I bring to the table!

As a former collegiate football player and coach, I have had the chance to build my background through self-experimentation, lots of reading and certifications. With 20 plus years of fitness and nutrition experience, I was made for this job. Spreading the word about health and wellness and teaching others how to live a long, healthy, life through prevention instead of needing to take a pill to cure one ailment and gain other side effect symptoms, is work I take seriously. I will always strive to be my best to be the best for others.

Why Fitness and Health?

The greatest gift on plant Earth is NOT a huge estate with millions in the bank—it’s not something money can buy at all. When I die, the greatest gift I can think of leaving behind to everyone I have encountered, is fitness and health. The opportunity to go years without being sick, waking up every morning clear-headed, never having the need to swallow a pill, feeling strong and positive, helping others, functioning the way humans were meant to function, having healthy and positive relationships, running around with grandchildren or even great-grandchildren, daring to take a different path than the average American; these are life’s greatest gifts and why I choose to dedicate my life to fitness and health.
