Why I am AWESOME! (Self brag)

I have been involved in fitness for my entire life. I started CrossFit when I was just 13 years old as a way to stay healthy while playing soccer at a highly competitive level. I ended up in Indianapolis while playing soccer at a Division 1 school in the city, where I found CrossFit NapTown. I have been a part of the family since the grand opening and continue to grow into roles that allow me to help build the community into what it has become today. This community has been my everything in this city and I am grateful to give that back to other people every day when I coach, teach, and work.

What I bring to the table!

I never stop learning. I was the kid growing up who loved going to school every day and I have never lost that thirst for knowledge. I have been in the fitness community for over a decade but continue to look every day for things I didn’t know before that will help make me a better coach, teacher, and leader in my community.

Why Fitness and Health?

Health and fitness has been a part of my life from an early age and I have met enough people over the years to convince me that it is a cornerstone to a happy life.
