Communication may come in form of video content, Facebook, email, or occasional text messages if opt’d in. The bulk of resources will be shared through Facebook group.
We believe that something as simple as nutrition shouldn’t be complicated. We believe in balance and not eliminating foods that we will go right back to following the challenge. Although, we encourage you to eat real, whole, nutrient-dense foods, while minimizing refined and highly processed foods. This program will require that you get your hands dirty in the kitchen, but there are loads of tips and tricks for how to manage the program during this historic time that we are still living in.
There are no special foods or supplements required in this Challenge. If you would like to make the recipes in the meal plans you may find some new ingredients within the recipes. There will be resources shared within the closed FB group that can help in these cases.
Great! We do not teach a diet, we teach a lifestyle through mindset and behavior change. There is no one size fits all diet, you need to find what works for you and work within some perimeters while also building up mindset and behavior change for it to last a lifetime.
Absolutely! We encourage getting the family involved. If you do not have the support of those you live with at home, you are much more likely to fail in you goals. However, if you get their support, you are much more likely to succeed!
