If you’re new to NapTown, fitness, or just aren’t sure if we’re what you expect, sign up for a free consultation.

  • You’ll meet our coaches and possibly see classes in session.
  • You can sign up for Foundations (step 2) at your Consultation.

Schedule a Foundations class

Foundations is where you’ll learn safe movements so you’re ready to start group classes.

  • SWIFT and Strength & Fitness Foundations packages are available on your schedule.
  • Foundations classes are one-on-one
  • Foundations is required for all members.

Foundations is available after scheduling your intro.

Step 3

Choose a membership

Once you complete Foundations (step 2), a coach can help you choose a membership that fits your goals and your budget.

Memberships for any budget

You can also add NapTown Nutrition coaching, personal training, and NapTown Kids/Teens programs to any membership.
