Foundations is where you’ll learn safe movements so you’re ready to start group classes.

  • SWIFT and CrossFit Foundations packages are available on your schedule.
  • Foundations classes are one-on-one
  • Foundations is required for all CrossFit members.

In CrossFit Foundations you’ll learn about safe movements, practices, and get a good workout at the same time.

After CrossFit Foundations, you’ll be comfortable in any CrossFit class. (Foundations is mandatory to enter group CrossFit classes.)

SWIFT Rowing

$299 SWIFT Foundations

SWIFT Foundations is a series of 3 visits you can use in a month. You’ll get private or semi-private one-on-one training with a coach to learn the moves. After Foundations, you’ll be ready to move into SWIFT.

What you get

  • 3 visits
  • Use it at our Downtown or Monon locations
  • Unused visits expire after 1 month

Awkward Twist

90-day CrossFit Transformation

Jump into CrossFit for 90 days. Go all-in with strength and cardio-building classes up to 13 times a month.

That’s roughly three times a week plus an extra day you can use at Practice Indie Yoga, MOVE, or SWIFT.

  • 13 visits per Month
  • Unused visits can roll over to the next month (up to 5)

  • 3-month commitment
Nutrition Coaching

90-day CrossFit Transformation + Nutrition

Fitness for the sake of fitness is nothing without a healthy, well-balanced diet.

This package combines CrossFit with one-on-one nutrition counseling. Ask questions of your personal nutrition coach, get weigh-ins, plan meals, and change your life from the inside out.

What you get

  • 13 visits per Month
  • One-on-one nutrition coaching, weigh-ins, meal plans, and goal setting
  • Unused visits can roll over to the next month (up to 5)
  • Come to either our Downtown or Monon locations
  • 3-month commitment
Step 3

Choose a membership

Once you complete Foundations (step 2), a coach can help you choose a membership that fits your goals and your budget.

You can also add NapTown Nutrition coaching, personal training, and NapTown Kids/Teens programs to any membership.
