Coming to NapTown Fitness in May:
The May Be Fit Challenge is a 15 day challenge full of challenging workouts, nutrition challenges, and recovery days geared towards improving your overall wellness and sanity in these tough times. Every day, there will be one or two challenges (one big challenge or two smaller challenges) for you to complete and share your score via our Train Heroic App to confirm your completion of the task of the day. Every challenge that you complete will add your name into a drawing (ie more challenges completed means more chances to win) that will take place at the end of the challenge. Top prizes will include a free month’s membership, a foundation course you can gift to a friend, and a few other fun prizes from us and our local partners.
Challenges will be sent out daily via a newsletter emailed to challenge participants and shared in the @NapTownfitness Instagram story. We encourage participants to share their challenge tasks on their own stories and pages with the hashtag #naptownmaybefit. To log your scores through Train Heroic, download the app and create an account before using the code MAYBEFIT to join the challenge team and see the daily tasks. Entry to the challenge is free but you will need to sign up at the following link to opt in to the daily emails and be considered a part of the challenge.

In addition to our May challenge, we will be renting out rowers and bikes for a two-week rental, May 6th to May 20th, for $50. The rowers and bikes will be allocated on a first come, first served basis as we do not have enough for every individual member to have one. It will be on the individual to pick up and return the machines and you will be asked to sign a waiver to ensure we get the machines back, that they are taken care of, and that you assume damages if it is broken. If you are interested in renting a rower or bike, then please email email@example.com to reserve your machine and to coordinate pick up.
