  1. I did not go unbroken in the push press. They actually owned me for a little while. Got the 10 muscle ups unbroken though.
    Time 10min flat. Not that happy about it, but I’ll take it.

  2. What was your biggest indulgence over the Holiday break? Did you feel like it slowed you down in yesterday’s WOD? I would say every 10 sit up counted for 1 cookie. (peter)

    • Holiday weakness this year- baked French toast with maple syrup and my mom’s cinnamon rolls. Going to take more than 100 situps to make me feel better about those indulgences.
      Also- just saw I posted at my favorite time (9:21). Super excited now!

  3. Intro_ muscle up technique. This move will be staying on my “impossible list” for awhile.
    WOD_ 12:36 (scaled muscle ups to ring dips/pushups)

  4. I’m with Merritt on the impossible list for muscle ups. I definitely lose it on the dip portion.
    WOD: 13:56
    In place of muscle ups I did 10 ring dips and 10 pushups. After Barbara, those pushups were very difficult. I felt horrible on the push presses until about 30 then I hit my stride and was able to do 10-15 reps at a time.
