CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 12/30/19-1/5/20

Monday: getting the week started with a fun accessory and cardio piece before moving into a pair of quick AMRAP couplets. Today is all about getting you moving without beating you up before a long workout coming on the 31st! Tuesday: working through our annual tradition of Hidalgo on the last day of the year! Be prepared to run outside. Our class schedule will be slightly altered today between the holiday along with 90 minute classes to accommodate the longer workout. Wednesday: Happy New Year!!! We will be celebrating with a 2020 themed MOVE workout to kick off the year. Thursday: back to business today with a bit of strength and olympic lifting technique work to begin the day. We will move into a barbell workout with a little gymnastics twist! Friday: closing out the work week with more accessory strength to start the day with a bit of mobility thrown in to keep you feeling healthy and moving well. We will finish out the day with a cardio based workout with more gymnastics thrown in. This will be a spicy one for your triceps! Saturday: getting a partner workout in for your weekend fun! This one is a chipper full of bodyweight movements, a bit of cardio, and a heavy barbell. Have a fun and fit week!]]>
