Take today to think about your goals and dreams you have for 2012. Write down 5 things you would like to change, be better at, or improve upon yourself. (lose weight, drop body fat %, family, work, community, whatever it is you want to happen). Then fold up that piece of paper and slide it into an envelope. Don’t open that envelope until June 1st, 2012. Our hopes is that CrossFit NapTown can play an integral part in you accomplishing those goals.
