At NapTown Fitness, we believe in improving the quality of life for people of all ages. Our business is growing and we are looking to add another team member to help grow our program. Our comprehensive service programs include group and individual fitness, yoga, nutrition and more.

We’re looking for:

  • A self-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing professional
  • A solution-oriented, help-first attitude
  • People-focused and able to build relationships with current and potential members
  • Someone who is growth-oriented and wants to work with a top-level team

Tasks:

  • Coach clients through group and individual training strategies
  • Perform Fitness evaluations as needed
  • Positively represent and market Naptown services to current and potential clients
  • Attend scheduled meetings
  • Assist in the promotional endeavors of NapTown Fitness

Skills and requirements:

  • Must have at least CF-L1 Certificate
  • Certifications from NCSA, ACSM, NASM, AFFA, or ACE not required but preferred
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • At least 6 months of coaching experience

Work schedule:

  • Must be available at least 1 day per weekend and have early morning and evening availability
  • Must be willing to coach at all NapTown locations (922/916 N Capital Ave and 5255 Winthrop Ave)

Job Type: Part-Time, potential to increase hours
