    WOD Highs: 11, 6, 8, 7, 8 = 40

  2. low round 40, high 57. Lowest score was on the rower due to a bad transition. it’s a even with 10 seconds of rest every 30 seconds this is a mental grind. I like WOD’s like this that challenge the mind and the body.

  4. Really enjoyed today’s workout. Feel like I challenged myself, but know exactly where to improve for better numbers and more consistency between rounds.
    Press 4×4 @ 79% = 43lbs
    WOD:
    Lowest: 5,5,6,4,5 = 25
    Highest: 7,7,12,8,6 = 40
