2020 FFBC – Details + Sign Up Info

The Fall Full Body Challenge is BACK and in an all-new format!
This mindfulness and habit-forming challenge is great on its own, and it also pairs nicely with our 21×3 Fitness Challenge. If consistent sleep, hydration, and time outdoors sounds appealing, read on for more information and to sign up.

What’s New for 2020?
If you’ve participated in the Fall Full Body Challenge before, the 2020 version will look a bit different than in years past – this year, the challenge is a three week individual effort. We’re putting extra focus on building healthy habits all-around that will set you up for a less-stressful holiday season, help you battle the winter blues, and allow you show up as your best self each and every day. 

How does it work?
When you sign up, you’ll be assigned to a NapTown leader who will serve as your team captain and accountability buddy for the duration of the 3-week challenge. Your team captain will reach out within 48 hours of enrollment to schedule a one-on-one goal setting session and your first InBody scan. Once you sign up, you can also pick up a scorecard that will be used to track your progress throughout the challenge. You will be asked to complete a baseline workout at the beginning of the challenge and record your score – this can be done at home or in classes on November 2nd.

For three weeks (21 days), you’ll track whether or not you successfully completed tasks in (8) different areas. At the end of the challenge, you will complete the baseline workout once again and record your time. We’ll review your scorecard, check for improvements in your baseline workout, take your second InBody Scan, and calculate scores! Prizes will be awarded at the end of the challenge to top performers in a variety of categories.

The cost of the 21-day challenge ($75) includes:
🍏 (2) InBody scans – one at the beginning of the challenge and one at the end to measure your progress!
🏆 (1) one-on-one goal setting session with a NapTown leader
🍁 (1) suggested three-week meal plan for the 21-day challenge
💻 (3) special weekly zoom calls on a variety of different wellness topics
