did Yoga yesterday with Shannon as an active rest and felt amazing today. Took on “Manion” with Moises this morning. Great to work out with him and to push each other. Time was 28:50. Runs felt really good, squat were what I thought they would be. 200+ squats is tough no matter what you put on the bar. Moises, amazing improvement! Well done.
