Then 100 Syncrhonized Air Squats

Rest As Needed for everyone

Workout 2 – Fireman Carry
5 Rounds
10 Meters = P1 Carries P2
10 Meters = P2 Carries P1
Then 50 Burpees Over Partner in Plank

*Options for Carries:
1) Sandbags
2) Carry Heavier Dumbbells or KBs
3) Carry two 45 pound plates.
