What is SWIFT?

SWIFT (Sweat With Indy for Time) classes are fast paced, group training at an affordable rate
In each 45 minute class you will be taken through a brief warm-up, review of the movements in our daily workout, and then pushed to your limits for a high intensity cardio and strength workout.

We maximize efforts by minimizing time chatting, standing around and teaching complex movements.This class is fast, driven and fun, and is available to ALL levels of athletes. Expect a good sweat and a great workout with great trainers able to tailor each movement to each athletes’ needs.
