1. What are your current CrossFit certifications (and any other fitness/health/nutrition accreditations)?
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certified
Level 2 US Rowing coach

2. How did you get started with CrossFit?
When Jen returned back to training after the 2008 Olympics, one of her teammates was in better and stronger shape than everyone else. It turned out she had been doing crossfit since the Olympics ended. Jen knew then and there that when she was done training and rowing, she was going to do Crossfit to stay in shape.

3. Athletic background and achievements.
Track & field, volleyball and swimming in High school; Track & field, volleyball and rowing in college; Elite rower training with the USRowing team 2004 – 2011. USRowing National Team member 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Three time World Cup medalist – Munich 2005, Lucerne 2008 & Lucerne 2009

4. Favorite workout?
Long chippers, anything with rowing, wall balls, sled push/drag, tire flips, atlas stones or deadlifts

5. Least favorite workout?
Anything with pistols or chest to bar pull ups
