The importance of mental health and its relation to physical health.
I love taking what I know and using it to help other people. I have been extremely lucky in my experiences, so I have the honor and responsibility to share them with people who could benefit from them.
I love solving problems! Whether it be mobility limitations, injuries, or anything else, I take pride in making sure any and all are getting the best workout possible for their situation. I am competitive, so I love challenging people to push their limits and get that extra rep. I also think I am hilarious, so if you don’t laugh at my jokes, maybe you’ll laugh at me being the only one laughing at my jokes! Everyone wins!
I think fitness is one of the best ways to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Fitness can push you to new limits and expand your abilities in all walks of life. The group fitness setting is perfect for pushing your boundaries, and I love to challenge those around me to achieve their best!
