Despite many setbacks to my personal health, have been Crossfitting for 5 years. I have accomplished things I never thought I would, and I have many left to go. Even though my goals may change, I think it’s important to have the drive and tenacity to be working toward something. I recently had a baby so I am working toward getting back to my pre-pregnancy skill level. It may not look exactly the same, but I’m pushing to get there.
I bring hard work, accountability, and encouragement. Honestly, I know what’s important for me to succeed, so I try to give that to the clients I work with. I’m a teacher at heart, so I love to share what I’ve learned with others, especially when it proves to be just what they need to get one step further.
Over the years, it has become important for me to live a balanced life, putting a certain emphasis on fitness and nutrition. I have been able to overcome health obstacles without the use pharmaceutical intervention because of a dedication to giving my body the best. I believe that living an active life, whatever form that takes, is important for everyone. I am always honored when I am allowed to be on this journey with someone else.
