ABOUT

Hillary is a recent graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a fresh perspective on nutrition and wellness. She is a huge advocate of the theory that there is no one-size-fits-all diet and wants everyone to find what makes him feel best.

While at IU, Hillary developed an autoimmune condition that left her feeling bloated, lethargic, and brain fogged. She missed a week of classes each semester, only to come home and be diagnosed with “viral throat infections” and be told there was nothing to do but rest. She was even sent to get blood work done at one point, because they thought she might have some form of leukemia. After graduation, she decided to try an elimination diet and… All of those issues faded within a couple of weeks (and she finally lost that freshman 15)! This experience opened her eyes to the incredible difference food could make in overall health and ignited her passion for holistic nutrition.

This led Hillary to focus on helping people prevent disease and increase longevity by eating clean foods without long lists of additives. She is extremely passionate about helping others find their optimal diets that will help them have more energy and perform better at work, at home, and in the gym. She loves writing meal plans and working with busy people and families to find little ways to make being healthy easier each day. Her clients thus far have all had significant weight loss, drastic increases in energy levels, and better blood work results. Getting rid of inflammation in the body is key!

Her fitness journey started only about a year ago when she began CrossFit. As someone who never played sports or felt strong, she loves the intensity of CrossFit and SWIFT. Yoga and meditation help her practice self-care and spirituality on a weekly basis.
