NapTown Nutrition health coaching is designed to educate groups and individuals within the workplace or home on the simple ways to improve overall health and wellness of themselves and their families through the NapTown WHOLE approach; Whole Body, Holistic Nutrition, Open mind, Lifestyle and Effort (focusing on nutrition); where the short and long-term health of the client is positively impacted, done in a positive setting where they have the freedom to openly share their struggles regarding health and wellness.
