If you have taken the NapTown CF Foundations course in the last 6 months then you have probably heard a coach speak about the importance of Nutrition. All to often we see clients perform well in class, but then hear the horror stories of what they are putting in their bodies throughout the rest of the day. Nutrition is the foundation of our overall health and we need to take that seriously.
9 months ago I was stuck. I knew something needed to change, and I was ready to change, but I didn’t know what to do. I started working with Hudson on my nutrition and exercise. He was the perfect combination of someone who is driven, motivating, understanding, and fun. With his coaching and guidance I lost over 50 lbs, dropped 6 pant sizes, and my workouts when from bad-difficult to good-difficult. I’m in the best shape of my adult life, and better yet as a result my wife has improved her health quite a bit and my kids now have two good examples of how to live healthy lives. 9 months ago was a turning point in my life, thanks to Hudson and Naptown Nutrition.
I joined NapTown Nutrition because I was looking to find a way to re-engage my metabolism and find a better mental state toward my relationship with food, improve digestive issues and to help with motivation to stop drinking soda. In the past, a cheat meal often lead to cheat days and cheat weeks. Since I’ve started working with NapTown Nutrition– first, I just feel better. Then, the weight started coming off and my clothes were much more comfortable. I also noticed that my stomach was less bloated, and I could see changes in my face. For the first time in 2 years I was able to get under 300lbs! NapTown Nutrition has helped me regain some mental control and safeguards around many foods. I have really enjoyed working with the group, nice meal plans that are easy to make, group communication via Facebook. I would recommend working with NapTown Nutrition as It’s a good way to reset your metabolism and understand how certain foods affect you.
