How to Join Team NapTown for the 2017 Open
We have had a great number of folks sign up for the 2017 CrossFit Open so far and we are hoping that even more of you join in the fun! Remember, the intramural draft is Saturday February 18th. If you are not signed up by then, when you sign up you will either be recruited to a team by a captain or you will become a free agent and I will largely decide what team you end up on. I highly encourage you to just sign up before then!
For those of you who are looking to sign up or those of you who have already signed up and not yet chosen NapTown as a team, here is a click path for you to follow to make sure you end up in the right spot come the first day of the Open (February 24th!!!).
First and foremost, head over to the CrossFit Games site and sign in to your account. Now follow the click path!
Scroll down slightly from the main page and you will see a big button that says register. Click that. If this is your first time through, you will be asked to sign in to your account (or create one) if you did not do that first. You will then fill in some general info about where you are from, where you workout, and asked to enter your card information to pay the $20 registration fee. Eventually you will get to a screen like the one below. If you are already signed up for the Open but are getting yourself on the Delaware or Monon team, this will be the first screen you see.
Click to fill in your profile. Depending on how far you got last time, you may be asked to fill in height/weight/prs and other things of that nature. You do not have to do that if you do not want. Eventually, you will get to this screen (it may be immediate).
Once you select that, you will be taken to this screen:
If this is your first time signing up, you will have to click edit next to affiliate and select CrossFit NapTown or CrossFit NapTown Monon. You are not done yet! You will also have to edit your team by following the directions on the above image. That will take you here:
