BARBELL POWER HOUR

Come hang out for a Friday night at the bar(bell) filled with community and lifting. It’s time to bring your best hype squad, drink your pre-workout, and come to the gym! We will be maxing out on our Snatch and Clean & Jerk lifts. We’ll supply the weights, you supply the muscle. It’s time to set some goals and lift them over your head. Welcome to all crossfitters, barbellers, lifters of things, and anyone who has gone through either Crossfit or Barbell foundations.

Power Hour will replace the 6:00 pm CF class that day. All CF classes will include the Olympic weightlifting total (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) that day, but we recommend saving your lifting for 6 pm since its going to be the most hype!
