In from out of town? Wanna get a WOD in? How about a great workout in with our SWIFT program or sooth the soul with Practice Indie Yoga? We encourage all visiting Indianapolis to drop in!

Look up our class schedule online and please be on time! All athletes must fill out a waiver prior to the workout so come a few minutes early. For more specific questions, please email: info@CrossfitNaptown.com

Please DO NOT ask if you can do your own programming during our class hours. Enjoy the community for what it is….a  community! Try a new class with new coaches in a new environment, it is what our sport is all about! If you have proof that you are proven CrossFit athlete and MUST follow a specific program please send us a link to your previous Open finishes and we will allow you to do your own programming on a case by case basis. Policy also pertains to our NapTown Barbell Club “Open Gym” times: You must email ahead of time with proof of competency in the olympic lifts prior to attending one of these times.
