CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 9/18/17-9/24/17

The Fall Full Body Challenge is in full swing!¬†Keep working hard on your nutrition and get those bonus points in the gym. Don’t forget to fill out a comment card on your way out of the gym at any of our locations so we can hear what you would like to see change this fall as we move into the new space!

Monday:
starting out the week with the full blown test of prison rules! Get ready to battle mentally and find that dark place. We will finish the day out with unilateral work for the upper body and lower body.

Tuesday:
core work to start off your Tuesday in the form of an alternating EMOM to get you warm and prepped for the rest of the day. You will finish off with a triplet featuring 2 gymnastics movements and some weightlifting.

Wednesday:
beginning the day with rowing technique drills and then putting that technique work into practice with a longer cardio workout!

Thursday:
we will be testing out a one rep max today with a squat, starting with a ton of mobility to get as prepped as possible and then moving into the test work. We will finish off with a quick sprint before heading out for the day.

Friday:
Workout 2 of the Fall Full Body Challenge. Be sure to check out the videos on Facebook later this week for full standards on the workout if you are participating in the challenge. This will be the workout of the day at all SWIFT and CrossFit classes on Friday.

Saturday:
closing the week out with a couple of partner variations on CrossFit girls workouts. Bring a buddy or make a new friend and have some fun!
