CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 9/9/19-9/15/19

Monday:
getting started with a bit of gymnastics strength work before taking on an old Open workout as a tune up for the Open coming in just a few weeks! Get ready for a long test with a bit of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio.

Tuesday:
working with the barbell to start the day out, working on heavy deadlift doubles. We will close the day out with isomteric gymnastics work in a for time scenario.

Wednesday:
working with unilateral pulling and pushing along with core work today. We will use this as a warm up for a classic CrossFit couplet, you will work for 2:00 and rest for 2:00 for a nasty little sprint interval workout.

Thursday:
starting the day with some agility work to make sure we are getting our lateral movement in before taking on a longer piece. You will be working on long runs paired with a fun leg burning movement.

Friday:
back to the barbell to start the day with squatting speed work. You will then finish the work week out with a bodyweight chipper.

Saturday:
getting the day started with a partner row where one athlete works on the rower and the other works through a core challenge until you complete the allotted work. We will finish the day out with strongman work using sleds, tires, and heavy bars!
