CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 6/11/18 to 6/17/18

Monday:
tons of accessory work to get the day started before moving into the main workout. Today’s workout is going to be a sprint with the jump rope and a heavy barbell.

Tuesday:
getting into more gymnastics skill work today focusing on creating shapes and maintaining tension. We will work to build on that in the workout with a longer gymnastics based AMRAP.

Wednesday:
taking on a benchmark lady today to start our day out. Bring your running shoes! We will close out the day with some heavy weights after a fast workout.

Thursday:
more focused squat strength work to get today going. We will move into a little more heavy lifting in the workout with an Olympic lift followed by a sprint effort on the row for today’s couplet.

Friday:
closing the work week out with a her workout with high rep bodyweight movements

Saturday:
starting the weekend out with grip and strongman work before taking on a Fight Gone Bad type workout. You will be taking on a variation of a workout from Strength in Our Streets going on at Park Tudor the same day. Come to cheer on THREE teams from CrossFit NapTown!
