CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 11/12/18 – 11/18/18

Monday:
closing out our retest of this year’s open workouts with 18.5, a challenging twist on the most classic of the benchmarks, Fran. Come in to see how your engine, gymnastics, and strength have all improved with this test.

Tuesday:
continuing to test one rep maxes this week before getting into a strength cycle in the coming weeks. Your workout today will be sprint efforts of cardio movements with longer rest to keep your intensity high.

Wednesday:
another strength test to start the day before getting in a long bodyweight workout to sweat before the big holiday coming up!

Thursday:
happy thanksgiving day everyone! We are hosting our first row before you grow this year starting 9:00am at 922. Come take on a half marathon row with a group of your friends and family. Come with a group of your own or come solo and join with others for this fun endurance event!

Friday:
another sweat fest for the day after the holiday to sweat out that turkey and stuffing. You will take on a series of tabatas today to keep things sweet and simple.

Saturday:
closing out the week with a partner workout full of high rep burpees, squats, sit ups, and swings.
